Yes. If you have annual subscription and you add a new employee to your Workspace, you’ll be automatically charged for their licence. If you have a monthly subscription, the cost for new employees will be calculated in the next billing cycle.
Yes. However, in order to store the data on your own servers you must buy licences for at least 100 employees.
